About the role
- Oversee, plan, and design highly complex business processes.
- Analyze and document complex client requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate high-level meetings with large accounts to gather requirements and explore sophisticated solutions.
- Coordinate BA tasks across IT projects, providing time estimates, guidance, and support to team members throughout the entire project life cycle.
- Lead the creation of complex test case scenarios.
- Act as a lead for the department, providing work guidance, input on system modifications, and mentoring to junior personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 12+ years of dedicated experience in business analysis and business processes.
- Proven experience working at the interface of IT and functional business groups.
- Solid background in business process re-engineering and implementing company value propositions.
- Understanding of computer programming concepts and coding languages.
- Proficiency in .Net and SQL.
- Experience with WCF (Windows Communication Foundation).
- Strong background in technical project design and development.
