About the role

  • Focus on generating new client relationships outside of existing government accounts
  • Prospect and engage new business clients in private/commercial sectors
  • Build and manage sales pipeline using outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, events)
  • Present HJ Staffing’s staffing, recruiting, and payroll services to decision-makers
  • Close new accounts and hand off to operations for fulfillment
  • Track outreach activity and deal flow in CRM tools

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, staffing, recruiting, or professional services preferred
  • Self-starter who can work independently without heavy oversight
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with commission-only structure (1099 contractor)
  • Must not solicit or reach out to current HJ Staffing government accounts (County, State, or Municipal clients)
