About the role
- Coordinating activities of subcontractors, suppliers, logistics and operational processes.
- Acting as the primary point of contact and supervising administrative staff.
- Ensuring efficient office operations and compliance with policies.
- Managing administrative operations and support services.
- Supervising and developing administrative staff to ensure high performance.
- Coordinating procurement, vendor management and facilities management.
- Supporting business meetings/events and ensuring smooth logistical arrangements.
- Monitoring budgets and reporting variances.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in administration or operations management.
- 1–3 years of managerial experience supervising teams and resources.
- Fluent in English.
- Second language Spanish, Dutch, Arabic and/or French is an asset.
