• Manage and support Grants officers in overseeing the regranting process
• Develop and track grants’ annual planning
• Coordinate with program members regarding calls for application
• Verify and validate partner contracts
• Monitor applicant files
• Liaise with Tech Officers to maintain Hypha application portal
• Ensure compliance with Hivos/DDP grants procedures
• Manage and guide Grants Officers team.

Grants Manager – DDP

• Provide support and facilitation to DPFs
• Stay updated on contextual and technological changes
• Contribute to online DDP platforms and manuals
• Support DMEAL information gathering and sharing

Capacity Building Manager – DDP

• Overseeing the architecture of DDP DMEAL framework
• Supporting program activities when needed
• Drafting donor reporting and new proposal designs
• Filing, database maintenance, report writing
• Managing DMEAL officer and Community Engagement and Communications Officer
• Creating master logical framework for DDP programming

DMEAL Manager – DDP

Community Manager

• Planning and facilitating capacity building and meeting activities under the community building
• Attending regular online meetings with networks and communities (CiviCERT, RaReNet, Feminist Helplines, etc.)
• Liaising with the Project Assistant, organizing and arranging travel plans for any in-person capacity building events
• Editing research and documentation of different community building activities
• Preparing tracking sheets and collection of data for DMEAL purposes and sharing them with DMEAL officer
• Preparing drafts for internal newsletter
• Supporting the maintenance of DDP website with content development
• Attending bi-weekly (or monthly) team meetings
• Preparing monthly reporting
