About the role

  • Track funding opportunities relevant to Latin America and Hivos’ strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate proposal development and donor engagement processes.
  • Contribute contextual analysis and partner knowledge to program design.
  • Coordinate internal inputs to ensure proposals are fundable and compliant.
  • Support relationships with donors, foundations, and civil society actors in the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in business development or fundraising in LATAM
  • Experience engaging with institutional donors and/or foundations
  • Strong contextual and analytical skills
  • Ability to coordinate complex processes
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
