About the role
- Track funding opportunities relevant to Latin America and Hivos’ strategic priorities.
- Coordinate proposal development and donor engagement processes.
- Contribute contextual analysis and partner knowledge to program design.
- Coordinate internal inputs to ensure proposals are fundable and compliant.
- Support relationships with donors, foundations, and civil society actors in the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in business development or fundraising in LATAM
- Experience engaging with institutional donors and/or foundations
- Strong contextual and analytical skills
- Ability to coordinate complex processes
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
