About the role

  • Advise on HR policy and implement HR procedures and processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and frameworks to improve the employee cycle
  • Provide needed operational HR services
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and disciplinary processes
  • Deliver HR data analytics and insights to support business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations
  • Support leadership in aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR management or related fields, preferably in Africa
  • 1–3 years of managerial experience supervising HR-processes
  • HR Policy development and implementation
  • HR data analytics and reporting
  • Employee relations and case management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business insight and strategic alignment
  • Decision-making and problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Knowledge of HR frameworks and compliance requirements
  • Fluent in English.
