About the role
- Advise on HR policy and implement HR procedures and processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and frameworks to improve the employee cycle
- Provide needed operational HR services
- Provide guidance on employee relations and disciplinary processes
- Deliver HR data analytics and insights to support business decisions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations
- Support leadership in aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level
- 3–6 years of experience in HR management or related fields, preferably in Africa
- 1–3 years of managerial experience supervising HR-processes
- HR Policy development and implementation
- HR data analytics and reporting
- Employee relations and case management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Business insight and strategic alignment
- Decision-making and problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of HR frameworks and compliance requirements
- Fluent in English.
