About the role

  • Advise on HR policy and support with implementing HR procedures and processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and frameworks to improve the employee cycle (recruitment, performance management, talent development, retention, etc.).
  • Provide needed operational HR services.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and disciplinary processes.
  • Deliver HR data analytics and insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Support leadership in aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR management or related fields, preferably in NL and/or SWANA
  • 1–3 years of managerial experience supervising HR-processes
  • HR Policy development and implementation.
  • HR data analytics and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of HR frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • English language skills. Second language Dutch, French and/or Arabic is an asset.
