About the role
- Advise on HR policy and support with implementing HR procedures and processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and frameworks to improve the employee cycle (recruitment, performance management, talent development, retention, etc.).
- Provide needed operational HR services.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and disciplinary processes.
- Deliver HR data analytics and insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations.
- Support leadership in aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level
- 3–6 years of experience in HR management or related fields, preferably in NL and/or SWANA
- 1–3 years of managerial experience supervising HR-processes
- HR Policy development and implementation.
- HR data analytics and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Decision-making and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of HR frameworks and compliance requirements.
- English language skills. Second language Dutch, French and/or Arabic is an asset.
