About the role
- Enhance organizational competitiveness through innovation and digital transformation
- Promote a culture of creativity and collaboration across the organization
- Support the CEO and CLT in implementing strategic initiatives
- Drive cross-functional innovation and manage corporate-level projects
- Prepare business cases and feasibility studies for new strategic initiatives
- Conduct internal and external assessments to inform decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in innovation, business, management, development, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in innovation, strategy, organizational transformation, or complex change processes
- Strong capability in business case development
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
- Proficiency in strategic planning and organizational development
- Expertise in innovation methodologies, digital transformation tools, and change management practices
- Fluent in English and a second language (Dutch, Spanish, Arabic, French) is an asset.
