About the role

  • Own and manage a portfolio of 70-100 customer accounts
  • Identify and successfully close renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships
  • Monitor account performance to identify risks and opportunities
  • Reduce churn by understanding root causes of attrition
  • Lead account reviews and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs)
  • Negotiate renewals and commercial terms
  • Leverage AI agents to prioritize actions
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Hivebrite platform
  • Host Office Hours sessions to enable frequent customer touchpoints
  • Forecast renewals and expansions in Salesforce
  • Act as the voice of the customer and communicate product feedback
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure customers achieve initial value
  • Assist the Support team with escalating key customer concerns
  • Domestic and international travel as needed

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years relevant work experience as Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Relationship Manager in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close opportunities
  • Proven ability to use AI to maximize individual impact and reduce manual activities
  • Outstanding ability to articulate software product value
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally to deliver customer outcomes
  • Experience negotiating contract renewals and commercial terms
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
  • Understanding of technical concepts (API, SSO)
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Active listener with ability to uncover customer needs
