About the role

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts through facilitating onboarding sessions, conducting regular check-ins and business reports, and attending to day-to-day concerns
  • Lead the discussions and negotiations of contract renewals
  • Organize marketing initiatives such as webinars and newsletters that drive member engagement
  • Solicit feedback from accounts and incorporate these into product development and overall business strategy
  • Develop deep understanding of Hive’s product, as well as health plans and processes in the market
  • Support and coordinate closely with other functions to deliver an extraordinary user experience

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in account management, business development, or related fields
  • Ability to effectively use data in building business reports and performing business analysis
  • Creative, detail-oriented, proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities
  • Curious, results-driven, ownership mentality with growth mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
