About the role

  • Lead the full recruitment process, including refining job profiles, screening, interviewing, providing assessments, and managing candidate documentation for technical positions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using multiple sourcing channels.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and project-specific requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific policies and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including evaluation of technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage and update recruitment reports and databases using tools such as Excel.
  • Stay up to date with recruitment trends in the technology sector.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while promoting our employer brand.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter, preferably with a focus on government contracts and IT consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of the technology sector and hiring specifics for government projects.
  • Experience with the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing/hunting, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Advanced proficiency with recruitment and applicant tracking tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize large volumes of work, stay organized, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in organizations that work with the public sector.
  • Knowledge of government contract management systems.
