About the role

  • Work alongside Technical Leadership in requirements analysis and liaise with the business area to translate requirements into technical specifications for developers, ensuring and applying development best practices;
  • Define and select methodology tools, participate in and make strategic decisions so the team delivers quality results within expected deadlines;
  • Consider optimal performance and integrations using microservices and APIs;
  • Analyze new requests for technical feasibility, estimate timelines, costs, and required resources;

Requirements

  • Be proactive;
  • Knowledge of mainframe languages: COBOL, NATURAL, and the ADABAS database;
  • Familiarity with TSO and ROSCOE environments;
  • Experience with BI tools for extracting dashboards to present evidence collected from test scenarios;
  • BI tools to support dashboards that demonstrate test scenarios;
