• Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

• Create and maintain high-quality project documentation, including functional specifications, process documentation, user manuals, and Confluence pages.
• Ensure traceability between business requirements, User Stories, and delivered solutions.
• Prepare business process flows, business rules, and solution design documentation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Identify risks, documentation gaps, and open items while proactively driving them to resolution.
