Responsible for sales targets for Automation and Communication Systems and executing sales strategies within the railway sector, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities
Achieve sales and growth targets within the assigned markets and accounts, including pipeline development, presales and forecasting
Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the railway segment
Lead cross functional teams/capture teams to present a competitive, differentiated solution and bids to customers
Manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders such as railway authorities, OEMs, system integrators, and contractors major accounts to ensure long-term partnerships
