About the role

  • Identify and qualify new utility-sector opportunities (electric, gas, water)
  • Build and execute business development strategies to exceed targets
  • Develop trusted relationships with utility executives and key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of business development and sales experience in utilities
  • Strong knowledge of utility trends, challenges, and regulatory landscape
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing accounts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) and comfort with reporting/forecasting; willingness to travel frequently
