About the role
- Set and implement people strategy in line with Hitachi Energy HR and Business Unit HR strategy
- Deliver high impact HR Solutions by understanding business needs and leveraging data analytics
- Lead the implementation of critical HR processes such as workforce planning, talent development, performance management, succession planning, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits and organizational development
- Design and refine organizational structures to enhance operational effectiveness
- Build a motivated, skilled, and effective team by organizing and developing HR professionals
- Champion change management efforts and support leaders through transformations
- Foster collaboration within the HR network
Requirements
- Masters's degree in HR related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in international HR generalist/leadership roles
- Expertise in driving HR processes such as workforce planning, talent development, performance management, succession planning, organizational design and organizational efficiency
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Advanced proficiency in HR analytics
- International labor law including Labor relations experience in a unionized environment
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong track record in change management, organizational and talent development
- Flexibility and strong teamwork/collaborating skills
- Fluent English
