About the role

  • Set and implement people strategy in line with Hitachi Energy HR and Business Unit HR strategy
  • Deliver high impact HR Solutions by understanding business needs and leveraging data analytics
  • Lead the implementation of critical HR processes such as workforce planning, talent development, performance management, succession planning, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits and organizational development
  • Design and refine organizational structures to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Build a motivated, skilled, and effective team by organizing and developing HR professionals
  • Champion change management efforts and support leaders through transformations
  • Foster collaboration within the HR network

Requirements

  • Masters's degree in HR related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in international HR generalist/leadership roles
  • Expertise in driving HR processes such as workforce planning, talent development, performance management, succession planning, organizational design and organizational efficiency
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Advanced proficiency in HR analytics
  • International labor law including Labor relations experience in a unionized environment
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong track record in change management, organizational and talent development
  • Flexibility and strong teamwork/collaborating skills
  • Fluent English
