About the role

  • Lead LNAs/TNAs across HSE, Quality, ITM, SCM, P&F, and T&D.
  • Manage end‑to‑end deployment plans with timelines, risks, and communications.
  • Coordinate across factories and functional owners to keep initiatives on track.
  • Maintain program documentation and track milestones for transparency.
  • Lead Instructional Designers to create accurate, shop‑floor‑ready content.
  • Grow blended learning: digital modules, job aids, and on‑the‑job coaching.
  • Enable factories to adopt programs and sustain execution through coaching.
  • Use data and feedback to monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Organizational Development, Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years in L&D, training, operational capability‑building, or manufacturing leadership.
  • Hands‑on experience conducting LNA/TNA and turning insights into training requirements.
  • Proven program/project management, ideally across multi‑site deployments.
  • Experience leading Instructional Designers or content development teams.
  • Familiarity with HSE, Quality, Production/Maintenance, SCM, ITM, or P&F; LMS/SAP exposure is a plus.
