About the role
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Field Service Engineers and other operational positions
- Engage deeply with hiring teams to understand technical requirements
- Drive proactive sourcing and deliver market insights on talent strategies
- Support workforce planning and build pipelines for recurring roles
- Work closely with business leaders to align talent strategies with operational priorities
- Represent Hitachi Energy at career fairs and industry forums
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting technical and/or field service talent
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
- Ability to understand technical job profiles
- Experience working in an international matrix organization is a plus
- Fluent in German and English, any additional language is a plus
