About the role

  • Implement the SCM Sales & Operations Planning
  • Create and implement the processes, procedures and tools as needed
  • Execute the annual Supply Chain budgeting spent plan
  • Support all critical Suppliers Capacity Reservation Agreements and negotiations
  • Work on developing S&OP based on SAP S4Hana

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of experience in an equivalent industry
  • Proven track records of successful S&OP implementation/management
  • Previous leadership experience in strategy/roadmap creation in supply base management and/or in Material Planning functions
  • Knowledge of specialized S&OP software/platforms and S/4Hana
  • Customer focus with ability to build effective working relationships and inspire others
  • Fluent in English
