About the role
- Implement the SCM Sales & Operations Planning
- Create and implement the processes, procedures and tools as needed
- Execute the annual Supply Chain budgeting spent plan
- Support all critical Suppliers Capacity Reservation Agreements and negotiations
- Work on developing S&OP based on SAP S4Hana
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience in an equivalent industry
- Proven track records of successful S&OP implementation/management
- Previous leadership experience in strategy/roadmap creation in supply base management and/or in Material Planning functions
- Knowledge of specialized S&OP software/platforms and S/4Hana
- Customer focus with ability to build effective working relationships and inspire others
- Fluent in English
