About the role

  • support and advise the Chief Information Security Officer on all matters related to ensuring the security of identities across the enterprise and how those identities gain access to key resources
  • lead the IAM program for the company, ensuring that key IAM platforms are operating efficiently and effectively including SSO, MFA, PAM, SASE, CIAM, Active Directory, and other adjacent capabilities
  • lead an international team to ensure the uptime of these systems

Requirements

  • Expert level understanding of trends in the industry for identity and access management
  • Excellent soft skills are a must, we are looking for a strong people person, who is thoughtful in his or her approach to working on teams and working with people on other teams
  • 10+ of experience working in Cybersecurity, and 5+ years of experience managing IAM programs
  • Expert level technical experience with Okta is required, including expert level experience with SSO integrations and design and architecture with identity systems in a large enterprise (technical proficiency will be assessed in the recruiting process)
  • Strong familiarity with the concepts of PAM, SSO, MFA, and Zero Trust / SASE, and ability to design systems to accomplish these controls and concepts
  • A fluency in the language of cybersecurity. The ability to understand technical concepts and translate them to an assessment of risk
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Self-driven with an ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and variable in a dynamic and fast moving large scale project with tight deadline
  • Attention to detail and quality is an absolute must
  • Willingness to work in an international team, with project meetings several times a week in odd hours to support the Americas, Europe and Asia
