About the role
- Ensure adherence to global processes and maximize the use of SAP and other core systems
- Gather and synthesize requirements from various hubs to align with business goals
- Eliminate deviations and align processes with global standards
- Prioritize and resolve SAP-related issues, manage new requirements, and improve incident handling
- Upskill local teams, develop training materials, and drive adoption of global processes
- Work closely with local BPOs, monitor progress, share best practices, and report to stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years in business process or program implementation in manufacturing
- Proficiency in at least one SAP module (e.g., SD, MM, PP, etc.), Salesforce/FSM, and data analysis
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Project management, training development, and a detail-oriented mindset
