About the role

  • Serve as an Account Manager contributing to Sales team focused on the chemical, oil & gas industry
  • Build and expand relationships with strategically important mining companies
  • Achieve sales targets, pipeline management, relationship management, and strategic account planning
  • Represent the entire range of products, systems, and services Hitachi Energy offers to assigned accounts
  • Lead the account planning cycle and ensure customer needs and expectations are met

Requirements

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience in technical Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and/or Marketing
  • 10 years’ experience in lieu of degree requirement
  • Experience working with clients in the chemical, oil & gas industry preferred
  • Existing relationships within the chemical, oil & gas industry preferred
  • Candidate must already have work permanent authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
  • 25% travel expectations.
