About the role
- Accountable for HR contribution to the business
- Partner with business leaders to define and implement people strategy
- Lead international HR Business Partners team
- Execute talent management and change management strategies
- Implement operating model and optimize organization structures
Requirements
- Masters degree in HR related field (or Business, Engineering with relevant, lengthy HR experience)
- Minimum of 15 years’ HRBP experience, including experience in manufacturing environment ideally gained in a global, multi-national matrix environment.
- Excellent leadership and people management
- Strong track record in change management, organizational and talent development
- Highly analytical and problem-solving skills
- Business fluent English required, other European languages highly valued.
