About the role

  • Drive growth in aftermarket sales
  • Collaborate closely with distributors and customers
  • Lead execution of sales programs and events
  • Develop comprehensive annual aftermarket sales strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Engineering, Technical, or related field strongly preferred
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in Business, Sales, Technical, and/or Marketing fields
  • Highly preferred: Air compressor or other industrial rotary equipment sales or service experience
  • Technical and/or service and support background, particularly in industrial field service support and troubleshooting
  • Experience developing sales action plans, KPIs and holding others accountable to achieve results
  • Must be comfortable communicating/training technical concepts to groups of peers
  • Must be comfortable with regular travel
  • PC Proficiency with emphasis on Microsoft office programs
