About the role
- Lead, develop, and support the team while ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.
- Set goals, monitor performance, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage resource planning, budgeting, and accurate portfolio tracking.
- Oversee project progress, timelines, and cost estimations to ensure successful delivery.
- Enable strong crossfunctional collaboration and communicate updates to the management team.
- Improve processes, digital project delivery, and onboarding to strengthen operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, preferably civil engineering or related area.
- Experience in BIM within HVDC or related energy/infrastructure domains.
- Expertise in ISO 19650.
- Strong background in Asset Information Management and BIM leadership for large, complex infrastructure projects.
- Solid project management understanding and ability to drive structured delivery.
- Proficient in English.
