About the role
- Design, develop, and optimize dashboards and reports using Workday Prism and Workday Report Writer
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable, data-driven reporting solutions
- Utilize external BI tools to support advanced data visualization and modeling use cases
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and maintain key performance metrics
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR Analytics, Reporting, or Business Intelligence role
- Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Report Writer
