Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in R&D or technical project management in the energy or industrial sector
- Knowledge of transformers or product development is an asset
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and technologies in the energy domain
- Skilled in project management tools, analytics, and gate models
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
