About the role
- Provide high-quality administrative, organizational, and communication support to the Head of CP&O & Deputy CFO
- Ensure effective coordination, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions
- Obtain, organize, and prepare information for conferences, speeches, reports, and presentations
- Edit, proofread, format, and design documents, support document production and form completion
- Conduct data entry and ensure accuracy and completeness of executive-level materials
- Own and manage the executive's agenda, ensuring optimal time allocation, prioritization, and preparedness
- Oversee access to the executive and act as gatekeeper for internal and external stakeholders
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and follow-ups
- Receive, screen, and relay telephone and email messages from internal and external stakeholders
- Manage, filter, and prioritize communication to support efficient decision-making
- Ensure timely escalation and follow-up on critical items requiring executive attention
- Navigate and support internal processes such as financial workflows, authorization procedures, and internal controls
Requirements
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in any stream
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment
- Proven stakeholder management capabilities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong sense of initiative with an ability to anticipate needs
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent the executive with professionalism
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language
