About the role

  • Provide high-quality administrative, organizational, and communication support to the Head of CP&O & Deputy CFO
  • Ensure effective coordination, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions
  • Obtain, organize, and prepare information for conferences, speeches, reports, and presentations
  • Edit, proofread, format, and design documents, support document production and form completion
  • Conduct data entry and ensure accuracy and completeness of executive-level materials
  • Own and manage the executive's agenda, ensuring optimal time allocation, prioritization, and preparedness
  • Oversee access to the executive and act as gatekeeper for internal and external stakeholders
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and follow-ups
  • Receive, screen, and relay telephone and email messages from internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage, filter, and prioritize communication to support efficient decision-making
  • Ensure timely escalation and follow-up on critical items requiring executive attention
  • Navigate and support internal processes such as financial workflows, authorization procedures, and internal controls

Requirements

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in any stream
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment
  • Proven stakeholder management capabilities
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong sense of initiative with an ability to anticipate needs
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent the executive with professionalism
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language
