About the role
- Track progress and facilitate communication between the internal team, client and external stakeholders
- Support transactional activity in SAP and other management tools
- Co-ordinate timelines, milestones and OTD’s and contribute to the wider project planning
- Assist project forecasting and reporting
- Updating project files, collating minutes of meetings and uploading them to ACC
- Arrange project meetings and calls on a recurring and ad hoc basis
- Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external procedures, guidelines and requirements
- Support Hitachi Energy core values of safety and integrity are constantly maintained
- Support the management team in the preparation of reports
- Assist with the collation of QHSE data for monthly reporting
- Maintain electronic and paper-based filing systems
- Assist Document Control, QA Manager and Team members
Requirements
- Skilled communicator, with a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Excellent organizational skills, having the ability to prioritize and organize workload and actions to meet the demand of the Team and Organizational needs
- Ability to work in a busy environment where accuracy, quality and timely completion of work are all paramount
- Advanced use of Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel essential
- SAP knowledge desired
- Knowledge of or high level of learning agility on Data Management Systems
- Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills to interact with all levels of a business both internally and externally
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
