About the role
- Develop and implement regional marketing and sales strategies aligned with global objectives
- Define product line targets and monitor performance to achieve goals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide pricing and positioning
- Design and execute marketing campaigns, webinars, and technical events
- Support sales and tendering teams with competitive quotations and tools
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain for product availability and cost optimization
- Provide training and resources to enable sales success

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of sales/marketing experience (10–12 years preferred)
- Experience in the electrical sector; GIS/breaker business development is a plus
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Comfortable delivering technical presentations to large groups
- Willingness to travel up to 50% or more
