About the role

  • Use Hitachi tools and processes for product configuration, order entry, and invoicing
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Coordinate export arrangements with Hitachi Logistics
  • Invoice customers in accordance with INCO terms
  • Manage contracts from order entry through delivery and payment
  • Expedite documentation such as import/export licenses and letters of credit
  • Prepare shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of INCO terms and international trade compliance
  • Experience in B2B customer support, preferably with international clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to manage stress and maintain professionalism
