• Conduct Mercer job evaluations including drafting job descriptions, running interviews, collecting data, performing job matching, global calibration and evaluation
• Engage in various global grading projects e.g. acquisitions, expansions and integrations
• Support global benchmarking activities such as salary surveys, salary ranges and ad-hoc analyses
• Participate in different compensation projects by analyzing large amounts of data and providing recommendations
• Participate in the global annual salary review processes in Workday for around 300’000 employees
• Assist in defining and implementing compensation standards and policies
• Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on the processes and tools
• Participate in grading and compensation audits
• Recommend enhancements and simplifications to existing processes and procedures based on customers’ experience
