About the role
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders within Central Government organisations
- Support clients and internal teams in digital transformation initiatives
- Help customers understand the benefits of transformation
- Support consultative conversations: gathering information, understanding client challenges
- Assist in shaping new business opportunities by researching context
- Support senior Client Directors in preparing for customer meetings
- Contribute to account activity by helping maintain plans
- Participate in customer engagements and stakeholder discussions
- Stay informed about evolving digital and technology trends
- Demonstrate a strong desire to collaborate, learn, and continuously develop
Requirements
- Experience working or supporting with Central Government, Public Sector or other highly regulated organisations
- Experience in a client-facing, consulting, strategy, delivery, or business development support role
- Experience supporting pre‑sales activities
- Demonstrated ability to take a consultative approach to problem‑solving
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good organisational and analytical skills
- An ambitious attitude and a desire to learn and grow
