About the role

  • Actively support pre-sales activities, particularly presenting and winning new client projects.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses and capture client-specific requirements early as the basis for a successful project start.
  • Develop and implement tailored workshop formats and solution approaches, taking strategic objectives and company processes into account.
  • Align the project with the customer’s needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with project managers and solution architects as the third key role in the project team.
  • Guide the client through the entire project lifecycle, including regular review and alignment of requirements, progress, and business impact.
  • Design and implement stakeholder management and cross-functional project communication.
  • Provide people-focused project support by developing and implementing change, adoption, and learning measures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Customer Experience Consultant, Advisor, or in a comparable role.
  • Strong understanding of business, functional, and organizational aspects and their interdependencies to derive actionable recommendations.
  • Confident use of consulting frameworks and analytical methods (e.g., Design Thinking, SWOT, Customer Journey Mapping).
  • Solid experience in project support — from initial vision development and value identification to operational transformation and sustainable change management.
  • Excellent communication skills, workshop and presentation competence, combined with effective moderation.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing change, adoption, and learning programs.
  • Outstanding social skills and strong empathy in dealing with clients and stakeholders and understanding their needs.
  • Very good German and English skills.
  • Experience in the Microsoft product environment is a plus.
