About the role
- Learn to identify vulnerabilities and help clients improve resilience using IT emergency concepts, restart and recovery plans, and data backup strategies – both on-site and remotely
- Contribute to handling security incidents, response and recovery procedures, and emergency measures in the cloud
- Support our clients in ensuring their operational continuity
- Raise clients’ awareness of emergencies through awareness workshops, IT emergency exercises, and switchover (cutover) and functional tests
- Explore adjacent areas such as information security and third-party risk management
Requirements
- Practical experience in system integration, e.g. data center administration or IT service at a systems integrator; alternatively a degree in IT, e.g. (business) informatics, Cyber Security Management, or similar
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and IT operations, plus initial experience in IT emergency management or with ITIL-compliant operational processes
- Drive to work into complex subject areas, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and a confident presence
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
