About the role
- Advise our clients on IT organization and IT management: identify their organizational challenges and support them in implementing target operating models and IT management systems.
- Develop tailored concepts together with the client, perform requirements and process analyses, and support the implementation of strategic transformations.
- Support the change process together with employees by applying sustainable change management.
- Optionally provide subject-matter leadership for Junior Consultants in joint projects.
Requirements
- At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT organizational consulting
- Basic understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
- Strong interest in organizing and governing IT in a digital environment
- Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business
- Very good presentation and communication skills in German
