About the role

  • Advise our clients on IT organization and IT management, identify their organizational challenges, and support them in implementing target operating models and IT management systems.
  • Develop tailored concepts together with clients, conduct requirements and process analyses, and support them in implementing strategic transformations.
  • Further develop our consulting services by contributing experience and new methods.
  • Provide subject-matter leadership to (Senior) Consultants in joint projects.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience as a Lead Consultant or leadership experience within an IT organization.
  • Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT.
  • Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and an above-average solution orientation.
  • You understand the challenges at the IT–business interface.
  • Very good presentation and communication skills in German.
