About the role
- Learn to identify vulnerabilities and help clients improve security using IT emergency concepts, restart and recovery plans, and data backup strategies — on-site and remotely.
- Participate in security incidents, response and recovery procedures, and emergency measures in the cloud.
- Support our clients in ensuring operational continuity.
- Raise clients' emergency awareness through awareness workshops, IT emergency exercises, and switchover and functional tests.
- Explore related areas such as information security and third-party risk management.
Requirements
- Practical experience in system integration, e.g., data center administration or IT service at a systems house; alternatively, a degree in IT (e.g., computer science, business informatics, Cyber Security Management) or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and IT operations, and initial experience in IT emergency management or ITIL-compliant operational processes.
- Motivation to dive into complex topics, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and a confident demeanor.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German.
