About the role
- Advise our clients on IT organization and IT management
- Identify clients' organizational challenges and support them in implementing target operating models and IT management systems
- Develop tailored concepts together with clients, conduct requirements and process analyses, and support the implementation of strategic transformations
- Support the change process together with employees through sustainable change management
- Optionally provide technical leadership to junior consultants in shared projects
Requirements
- At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT organizational consulting
- Basic understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
- Strong interest in effectively organizing and governing IT in a digital world
- Familiarity with the challenges at the IT–business interface
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
