About the role
- Advise our clients on transformation, digitalization and IT management
- Identify our clients' organizational challenges and develop tailored solutions together with them
- Shape the change process in close collaboration with employees and management from various industries and public administration
- Further develop our consulting services by bringing in experience and new methods
- Optional: Provide technical leadership for Junior Consultants in joint projects
Requirements
- Initial project and/or consulting experience in transformation and digitalization within an IT-related environment
- Basic understanding of ITIL, Scrum or PRINCE2
- Strong interest in organizing and managing IT in a digital world
- Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
