About the role

  • Advise our clients on transformation, digitalization and IT management; identify their organizational challenges and work with them to develop tailored solutions
  • Drive the change process collaboratively with employees and management across various client industries and public-sector organizations
  • Help evolve our consulting offering by contributing experience and introducing new methods
  • Optionally provide technical leadership to junior consultants in joint projects

Requirements

  • Initial project and/or consulting experience in transformation and digitalization within an IT-related environment
  • Basic understanding of ITIL, Scrum or PRINCE2
  • Strong interest in effectively organizing and managing IT in a digital world
  • You are familiar with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
