About the role
- Advise our clients on IT organization and IT management
- Identify clients' organizational challenges and support them in implementing target operating models and IT management systems
- Co-develop tailored concepts with clients, perform requirements and process analyses, and assist in implementing strategic transformations
- Further develop our consulting services by contributing experience and new methods
- Provide technical leadership to (Senior) Consultants in joint projects
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a Lead Consultant or leadership experience within an IT organization
- Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and an above-average solution orientation
- Familiarity with the challenges at the interface between IT and the business
- Very strong presentation and communication skills in German
