About the role
- Builds and maintains strong partner & end user account relationships which includes understanding needs, resolving customer issues, identifying sales opportunities, providing product feature knowledge, as well as understanding the marketplace and competition
- Manages license administration and renewal cycle for Hirsch’s software-based products within designated territory
- Supports Regional Sales reps in designated territory with managing the sales cycle for run rate business (< $15K) as well as maintaining Salesforce pipeline hygiene
- Utilizes product knowledge to configure price quotes in Salesforce and partners with cross-functional teams to execute all internal processes related to the order fulfillment cycle
- Maintains integrity of accounts, opportunity, and contact data within Salesforce
- Conducts ad hoc activities to support Sales segment.
Requirements
- Familiar with Microsoft Office product suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- 2+ years of sales, sales development, and/or customer service experience is preferred.
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers/partners and gains their trust and respect.
- Ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced & changing environment
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached
- Strong Salesforce knowledge required
