💰 $65,000 - $70,000 per year

About the role

  • Builds and maintains strong partner & end user account relationships which includes understanding needs, resolving customer issues, identifying sales opportunities, providing product feature knowledge, as well as understanding the marketplace and competition
  • Manages license administration and renewal cycle for Hirsch’s software-based products within designated territory
  • Supports Regional Sales reps in designated territory with managing the sales cycle for run rate business (< $15K) as well as maintaining Salesforce pipeline hygiene
  • Utilizes product knowledge to configure price quotes in Salesforce and partners with cross-functional teams to execute all internal processes related to the order fulfillment cycle
  • Maintains integrity of accounts, opportunity, and contact data within Salesforce
  • Conducts ad hoc activities to support Sales segment.

Requirements

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office product suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • 2+ years of sales, sales development, and/or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers/partners and gains their trust and respect.
  • Ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced & changing environment
  • Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
  • High attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached
  • Strong Salesforce knowledge required
