Software Engineer

• Grow sales in the territory and revenue from the existing customer base (equipment, services, maintenance).
• Identify new opportunities and evolve/upgrade already-installed solutions.
• Influence specification decisions with sector decision-makers and influencers (engineering consultancies, integrators, etc.).
• Organize sales visits and participate in targeted events (trade shows, special campaigns, etc.).
• Lead and motivate the partner network (integrators, distributors).
• Train customers, integrators and distributors on the offered solutions and services.
• Advise on technological developments and new software releases.
• Manage commercial and technical follow-up for projects: requirements analysis, feasibility studies, costing/quoting, proposals, orders, invoicing.
• Contribute to responses to customer tenders and RFPs.
• Support the back-office team to ensure the quality and relevance of proposed solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations during meetings or at events.

• Creation of B2B marketing materials and initiatives related to product communication
• Creation and maintenance of HIRSCH product catalog
• Production of sales pitches, materials and sales enablement tools
• Coordination of product launch campaigns: from creative concept to roll-out
• Development of materials and communications linked to product life cycles
• Implementation of commercial operations (incentives, promotions, clearance sales, etc.)
• Participation in co-marketing activities with technology partners
