About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Grow sales in the territory and revenue from the existing customer base (equipment, services, maintenance).
- Identify new opportunities and evolve/upgrade already-installed solutions.
- Influence specification decisions with sector decision-makers and influencers (engineering consultancies, integrators, etc.).
- Organize sales visits and participate in targeted events (trade shows, special campaigns, etc.).
- Lead and motivate the partner network (integrators, distributors).
- Train customers, integrators and distributors on the offered solutions and services.
- Advise on technological developments and new software releases.
- Manage commercial and technical follow-up for projects: requirements analysis, feasibility studies, costing/quoting, proposals, orders, invoicing.
- Contribute to responses to customer tenders and RFPs.
- Support the back-office team to ensure the quality and relevance of proposed solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations during meetings or at events.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree (Bachelor to Master) in business and technical studies — electronics or industrial IT.
- 3 years of sales experience in specification-driven selling and key account development.
- Ability to work in a technical environment;
- Knowledge of building electronic security systems is a plus;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Ability to manage the sales process from project phase through order placement;
- Ability to perform market analysis;
- Proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Autonomy and ability to work independently;
- Adaptability, anticipation and initiative;
- Appetite for challenges;
- Strong service orientation and customer satisfaction focus;
- Team player.
