  • Generate qualified leads by identifying and conducting targeted outreach to trade professionals including plumbers, electricians, painters, and home renovation specialists in the Los Angeles market

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Brings a minimum of two years of documented B2B sales or lead generation experience.
  • Has hands-on experience generating leads within the Los Angeles metropolitan market.
  • Possesses professional experience in home services industries such as plumbing, electrical, construction, or renovation.
  • Effectively communicates with small business owners, contractors, and skilled trade professionals.
  • Proven ability to identify decision-makers and navigate organizational gatekeepers.
  • Strong objection-handling skills with the ability to overcome common sales resistance.
  • Experience onboarding vendors onto digital marketplace platforms such as Angi, Thumbtack, or HomeAdvisor.
  • Proficient in managing and updating Google Sheets or comparable CRM systems for lead tracking.
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experienced in executing multi-channel follow-up sequences across phone and email.
  • Capable of managing email outreach campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Apollo, or HubSpot.
