About the role
- Generate qualified leads by identifying and conducting targeted outreach to trade professionals including plumbers, electricians, painters, and home renovation specialists in the Los Angeles market
- Execute strategic cold calling campaigns to connect with decision-makers and encourage vendor registration on the marketplace platform
- Manage comprehensive follow-up sequences with prospects and ensure registered vendors complete required documentation including business licenses and insurance verification
- Track and analyze outreach performance using Google Sheets while potentially designing and executing email marketing - campaigns
- Drive vendor acquisition growth by following proven sales scripts and adapting messaging based on prospect feedback and market response
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Brings a minimum of two years of documented B2B sales or lead generation experience.
- Has hands-on experience generating leads within the Los Angeles metropolitan market.
- Possesses professional experience in home services industries such as plumbing, electrical, construction, or renovation.
- Effectively communicates with small business owners, contractors, and skilled trade professionals.
- Proven ability to identify decision-makers and navigate organizational gatekeepers.
- Strong objection-handling skills with the ability to overcome common sales resistance.
- Experience onboarding vendors onto digital marketplace platforms such as Angi, Thumbtack, or HomeAdvisor.
- Proficient in managing and updating Google Sheets or comparable CRM systems for lead tracking.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experienced in executing multi-channel follow-up sequences across phone and email.
- Capable of managing email outreach campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Apollo, or HubSpot.
