About the role
- Provide general support to the Customer Service and Account Management teams
- Sort, file, and respond to customer support emails
- Check and update customer orders using proprietary software systems
- Lodge queries and claims with freight carriers and follow up for resolution
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis for customers and the team
- Resolve general queries and follow up with customers promptly
- Work with large data sets to provide insights or required information
