About the role

  • Contact inbound leads generated through paid ads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Respond quickly and professionally to new inquiries
  • Conduct requirement-gathering calls and ask the right qualifying questions
  • Clearly document and convey client requirements to the internal and on-ground teams
  • Coordinate next steps such as inspections, assessments, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate lead notes and updates in the CRM or internal tracking system
  • Ensure a smooth handover between sales, operations, and inspection teams
  • Follow up consistently to keep leads engaged and moving through the funnel

Requirements

  • Strong spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
  • Proven experience in inbound sales, inside sales, or customer support
  • Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Confident on calls and comfortable handling high lead volumes
  • Ability to understand client needs and communicate them clearly
  • Comfortable working Australia time zones
  • Experience working with CRMs is a plus.
