About the role
- Contact inbound leads generated through paid ads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Respond quickly and professionally to new inquiries
- Conduct requirement-gathering calls and ask the right qualifying questions
- Clearly document and convey client requirements to the internal and on-ground teams
- Coordinate next steps such as inspections, assessments, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate lead notes and updates in the CRM or internal tracking system
- Ensure a smooth handover between sales, operations, and inspection teams
- Follow up consistently to keep leads engaged and moving through the funnel
Requirements
- Strong spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
- Proven experience in inbound sales, inside sales, or customer support
- Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Confident on calls and comfortable handling high lead volumes
- Ability to understand client needs and communicate them clearly
- Comfortable working Australia time zones
- Experience working with CRMs is a plus.
