About the role
- You will own website optimisation on WordPress, including performance, structure, and conversion optimisation.
- You will be responsible for building strong organic growth channels including SEO and AI search visibility.
- You will own GoHighLevel automations and funnels, setting up workflows that maximise lead capture, nurturing, follow ups, and appointment booking.
- You will plan and execute LinkedIn outreach at scale using automation tools such as Waalaxy.
- You will run and optimise Facebook and Google Ads with a strong focus on minimising CPC while maintaining lead quality.
- You will support and guide the internal social media manager where needed to ensure content aligns with growth and lead generation goals.
- You will continuously test new growth ideas and channels and turn insights into repeatable systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or service based businesses.
- Strong hands on experience with SEO and organic growth, including modern AI search optimisation.
- Deep experience with GoHighLevel automations and funnel building.
- Advanced understanding of LinkedIn automation tools, especially Waalaxy, and appointment setting workflows.
- Strong paid ads experience across Meta and Google with a clear understanding of cost control and lead quality.
- Someone who thinks in systems, not one off campaigns.
- A self driven professional who can work independently and take full ownership of growth outcomes.
