About the role
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
- Schedule investor / VC calls and help keep meeting logistics organized
- Monitor shared inboxes and flag urgent requests
- Respond to simple emails or route messages to the right person
- Track bills, expenses, and invoices to make sure nothing gets missed
- Help keep documents, spreadsheets, and records organized
- Follow up with vendors, partners, or team members when needed
- Jump in on general admin / ops tasks as they come up
Requirements
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Clear written communication
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, email, and spreadsheets
- Able to handle sensitive information professionally
- Startup mindset — flexible, proactive, and willing to figure things out
- Experience supporting a founder or executive
- Experience with expenses, bookkeeping, or admin operations
- Experience working with startups or small teams
- Comfortable working across time zones
